The accommodation with the International School of English, Dublin and Waterford in Ireland

Our bright, modern bedrooms all have plenty of storage and dedicated study areas for when you need to get your head down, as well as shared social areas. All rooms benefit from a spacious shared bathroom with large showers, plus an additional WC Each apartment contains the 3 bedrooms and on the opposite side are the full & half bathroom plus the utility room. From there they enter into the living space. Fully fitted kitchen, lounger area with a 32” screen TV and dining area, table and chairs for 4.

Each bedroom holds a small double bed, study area, ample storage with a large double wardrobe, and they can cook their own meals in the shared kitchen/living room. Included in the rent are all bills, heating, water, Wi-Fi, electricity, TV license and personal insurance on your contents. The apartment will be cleaned and kept as they found it by all 3 students. They have an Iron & ironing board, Hoover.

Our social space is located near reception; we have a variety of board games, reading library, a big screen TV and seating areas. There are also 2 outdoor courtyards.

There is a laundry room available and the use of the machines is accessed via an app on their phone, a wash and dry usually costs € 6.40

An exciting location

Stoneybatter is a bustling area of Dublin just a stone’s throw from the city centre. It has a unique feel – a mix of independent cafes, restaurants, bars and a thriving creative scene. Take a stroll with the deer in Phoenix Park, watch a film at the Light House Cinema, enjoy local fitness amenities or explore the alternative artistic community and nightlife in Smithfield Square. All are easily accessible by foot, or using the city’s excellent bus and tram links. The accommodation is just a 30 minute walk to the school.
